Afternoon tea is served between 4pm - 5pm, Friday - Sunday only.

The Guigal family are pioneers of modern winemaking in Rhône Valley. From their superb village level Côtes-du-Rhône Rouge & Blanc all their up to their legendary single vineyard Côte-Rotie, the wines are of the highest quality across the board.
We are delighted to be collaborating with our sister project Hide on yet another superb wine dinner focusing solely on the wines of this prestigious producer. The meal & tasting will be hosted by Guigal's-own Brett Clivendon who will guide guests through a flight of phenomenal reds & whites.
We hope you can join us what is certain to be a exciting evening of fine wine & Michelin-starred food. Guests will enjoy Condrieu 2017 paired a selection of canapés including crispy cod skins with tarama, radish & nasturtium & Romaine lettuce with Sussex Slipcote & crushed green herbs; Saint-Joseph Blanc 2017 & Saint-Joseph "Lieu Dit" Blanc 2017 paired with hand-picked crab, sea lettuce & a chilled lime leaf broth; Saint-Joseph Rouge "Vignes de L'Hospice" 2015 & Hermitage Rouge 2015 paired with roast Herdwick lamb, smoked cockles, baked turnip & a nasturtium dressing; Côte-Rotie "Brune et Blonde" 2015 & Château d'Ampuis 2015 paired with barbequed squab pigeon with black pepper & confit tamarillo before the meal concludes with Côte-Rotie La Turque 2013 served with a selection of artisan cheeses.
