For the very first time, HIDE will be opening its doors on Christmas Day!
We will be serving a special menu for the occasion, bringing together Christmas Day classics with a few distinctly HIDE touches.
Our full wine list will be available to pre-order prior to the day. Choose ahead from our extraordinary selection and we will have your bottles delivered to the table, decanted or chilled to perfection for your arrival. Whether that means Champagne to start, an extra large format bottle for the whole family to share, or the bottle you have always wanted an excuse to try, Christmas Day seems as good a reason as any.
Bring the family, settle in for the afternoon, raid our wine cellar and leave the cooking and washing up to us.
Guests will be welcomed with canapés at the table before a Cornish lobster cocktail is followed by a choice of 30 day dry-aged Lake District beef, Yorkshire turkey or salmon en croûte, with the table piled high with duck fat crispy potatoes, honey-roasted vegetables, sprouts with roasted chestnuts, sage & onion stuffing and all the trimmings. To finish; a choice of dessert or a selection of cheeses, before mince pies, Macallan chocolate truffles and brandy snaps are served.
